Are you looking for the best social media management tools to use in your blog or business? Need to save time, money and get your sanity back? You’ve arrived at the right post!

Before I found the best social media management tool for my own business, I was a disorganized, demotivated individual trying to be everywhere at the same time. It’s an impossible task, I know.

Scheduling on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest is a nightmare. I would have multiple tabs open, and often I would forget what I posted and where. I needed something more unified.

Then, in 2017, I discovered a wonderful tool called CoSchedule! It changed everything literally. Today, using CoSchedule has become an integral part of my online business. Marketing would make zero sense to me if I wasn’t using CoSchedule, period.

But these days, CoSchedule is just one of the many social media scheduling tools available to bloggers and marketers, so let’s check out five of them below, and yes, we’ll start with what I consider to be the king of them all.

1. CoSchedule

Coschedule

CoSchedule is one of the very few complete work management tools for bloggers and marketers. Many other calendar-based platforms only have scheduling capabilities for social media posts, CoSchedule, lets you create, schedule and publish your blog posts (WordPress), email marketing newsletters, and social media posts, including Instagram and Pinterest.

In addition to CoSchedule’s core features, the platform also boasts a powerful headline analyzer tool, detailed social analytics for each platform. CoSchedule can help you determine when it’s the best time to post content on your social channels.

Perhaps my favorite feature is the Requeue tool! What this tool allows you to do is add multiple social messages for reposting. For example, you can create a dozen unique messages for Twitter and have them dripped out however many times you want per month.

2. Missinglettr

Missinglettr

Missinglettr is another popular platform that can help you create marketing campaigns to maximize your social media engagement.

I’ve used the Missinglettr platform for a little while, and the features are pretty cool. One of my favorites is creating social campaigns that are dripped out over the course of a year. That’s right, you can create campaigns for a whole 12 months in advance—a similar feature to CoSchedule’s Requeue.

The workings of Missinglettr are quite unique. Once you have your account set up and you’ve added your blog feed, the next time you publish a post, the platform will automatically create a campaign for you to review. You can edit and adjust the campaign before making it live.

Each campaign combines a series of social posts taking excerpts from your blog, building quotes, images, snippets, and more.

3. Hootsuite

 Hootsuite

Hootsuite has been in the business for a long time. They were, in fact, one of the earliest social media management tools on the web. Today, the company serves over 10 million users in 175 countries.

Creating an account with Hootsuite is easy. You can sign up for a free 30-day trial and begin planning, creating, and scheduling your content for your social media platforms. You can use Hootsuite’s analytical tools to measure your results across networks.

4. Buffer

Buffer

Buffer, like Hootsuite, is another social media management tool that has been around for donkey’s years! The platform has over 75K users and is still growing.

Buffer offers two core tools: publishing and analytics, which is strange since similar platforms include analytics in their plans.

Anyhow, publishing gives you access to the tools to help you plan, create and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, all from one user-friendly dashboard. Buffer is one of the simplest platforms to use.

5. Sendible

 Sendible

OK, last but not least, we get to Sendible! I’ve not used Sendible in my business, so I can’t tell you whether it’s good or bad, but it’s an option I’m adding to this list. According to the website, they have over 20K agencies and marketers using their platform.

Sendible provides solutions for bloggers and marketers for planning, scheduling, and publishing content across multiple platforms and networks, including WordPress, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Medium, Slack, just to name a few. The calendar view helps you visualize your content and marketing roadmap, which is ideal for all kinds of content creators.

Other notable features include, client collaboration, analytics, and reporting.

So, there you have it! Five of the best social media management tools for bloggers and marketers. Each of these platforms offers something unique, and depending on your goal as a blogger or marketer, you’ll need to take some time to choose which one will best meet your needs.
